Lensing Dealers: Turn REX™ Housewrap and Synthetic Underlayment into your Brand’s Billboard.

REX™ Wrap, a high quality housewrap and synthetic underlayment line from AlphaProTech, offers a private label program for Lensing Dealers to print their logos on the material at no additional cost. This is a great opportunity to turn new builds in your local community into billboards for your brand.

Adding your logo to your next order of housewrap and synthetic underlayment is easy peasy. At Lensing, we’ll guide you through the entire process.

The printing specifications for the no-charge private label upgrade vary by the product type. Your order must meet the following specifications to avoid any additional fees.

9′ and 10′ Housewrap:

• Number of colors in your logo: 1 or 2 colors
• Maximum size of your logo: 500 square inches
• Minimum order quantity: 1 pallet

3′ and 54″ Housewrap:

• Number of colors in your logo: 1 color
• Maximum size of your logo: 300 square inches
• Minimum order quantity: 1 pallet

Underlayment:

• Number of colors in your logo: 1 color (2 pallet minimum) or 2 colors (6 pallet minimum)
• Maximum size of your logo: 578 square inches

You’ll work hand-in-hand with a Lensing team member to submit your artwork, review a proof and approve the artwork. After the proof is approved and the order is placed, it takes about two weeks to produce the printing plate for your logo and another three weeks for the production of the material. Lensing can arrange to direct ship your order to you. Keep in mind, the plate production process is only required for your first order unless you request changes.

The plates for housewrap and underlayment are not interchangeable. Therefore, fees may apply if your order requires multiple plates.

The color printing capabilities are quite expansive with REX Wrap. Choose between the following 47 colors for housewrap and 39 colors for synthetic underlayment. The colors marked “*Not for SUL” are the swatches unavailable for underlayment.
